AV Financial Consulting Services is a women-owned, 8a Certified company and it is also certified with New York State Empire State Development Corporation and New York City Department of Small Business Services. The company’s core offering of services is based on the past 15 years of experience of Awilda Velez, Owner of AV Financial Consulting Services, who has worked with the work-release & transitional prison population, the financially illiterate, the disabled, minority-owned businesses and the low-to-moderate income populations within NYC and Westchester County. AV Financial Consulting Services has the distinction of being the only 8A Certified Woman-Owned firm that provides these services in the Bronx County.
